Using the SmartSelect support tool can help you see which health plan is expected to cost you the least amount of money out of pocket by answering just a few simple questions. It’s up to you to decide which health plan option might be the best option for you and your family based on your expected health care use, risk tolerance and budget. Employees are able to switch health plans only if they are a new hire within their 30-day new hire period or during the Annual Open Enrollment Period.

Performance Process Improvement Initiative
In 2023, a working group was convened to propose recommendations around redesigning our performance management processes. Late last year, findings were presented to senior leadership and a decision was made to implement the working group’s recommended improvements for all non-represented staff and supervisors. Approved recommendations will be implemented in September 2025; more information is available on the SharePoint site.
