  • Former Massachusetts State Representative Jeffrey Sanchez spoke about politics, policy, and health during a Dean's Seminar on April 11.

  • After the Dean's Seminar, representatives from March for Our Lives and Stop Handgun Violence spoke with attendees about advocacy opportunities with their organizations.

  • The Color of Biotech Massachusetts held a BioDiversity Networking event at SPH on April 11 with professionals from Biogen, Pfizer, Sanofi, Genzyme, Shire, and Vertex.

  • Professor George Annas performed a bit of standup comedy during the Health and Humanities Luncheon Series on "Death, Sex, and Humor in Medicine" on Wednesday.

  • The 9th annual BUMC Earth Day Festival took place on Talbot Green on Thursday afternoon, featuring sustainability-themed activities such as bicycle tune-ups.

  • Representatives from the Boston Public Health Commission's Office of Public Health Preparedness speak with students during the festival.
