SPH Magazine Wins CASE Award.
SPH This Year, the School of Public Health’s annual year-in-review magazine, took bronze in the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) 2016 Circle of Excellence awards program.
The publication was recognized with a Bronze Award in the Print Promotional Publications category.
Based on overall quality, innovation, use of resources, and the impact on the institution and its community, SPH This Year was selected by a judging panel of professionals in the fields of advancement services, alumni relations, communications, fundraising, and marketing.
In 2016, more than 710 higher education institutions, independent schools, and nonprofits worldwide submitted more than 3,350 entries for consideration in nearly 100 categories. Judges gave 331 awards, including six to Boston University publications. BU Today and BU Research both received Gold Awards.
The Council for Advancement and Support of Education is one of the largest international associations of education institutions, serving more than 3,600 universities, colleges, schools, and related organizations in more than 80 countries.
