Get Your Bod on the Quad — A Week of Fitness Classes at BUMC.

Join the SPH Spotlight on Obesity campaign for a week of free 15-minute fitness classes on the Talbot Green. Choose from Zumba, yoga, tai chi and more!

The event is open to all BUMC students, faculty and staff and runs Monday-Friday, April 29 – May 3, from 11:30-11:45 AM

• MONDAY, April 29: ZUMBA! with Laura Dobbs (MPH Candidate, BUSPH)

• TUESDAY, April 30: Yoga with Anna Eisenstein (Medical Student, BUSM)

• WEDNESDAY, May 1: Tai Chi with Michael Grodin, MD (Professor, BUSM/BUSPH)

• THURSDAY, May 2: “Finish the Race” – BUSPH invites the BUMC community to come together for a one-mile walk around our campus in honor of the Boston Marathon runners and survivors. Meeting point – Talbot Green at 11:30 AM.

• FRIDAY, May 3: Salsa for Health@ with Anara Frank (Metamovements Latin Dance Company)

Get up from your desk, add to your “Walk the Walk” Challenge steps, and Get Your Bod on the Quad!
