Two BUSPH Alumni Selected as Global Health Fellows for 2012-2013.
Haroun Habib (SPH ’07) and Danit Kaya (SPH ’12) have been named ASPH Global Health Fellows for 2012-2013.
They are among a group of 25 new fellows who will engage in an intensive one-year assignment for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), within the Center for Global Health (CGH). The ASPH/CDC Allan Rosenfield Global Health Fellows for 2012-2013 attended a comprehensive orientation program in early September in Atlanta, Ga. Following the program, fellows will begin their assignments located in nine countries as well as at CDC headquarters in Atlanta. Habib will be based in Zambia; Kaya will be based in Vietnam.
