To the SPH Community,

It has been a challenging semester for everyone. We recognize the importance of rest, flexibility, and support in maintaining our collective well-being and productivity. We know that the summer months often see reduced on-site presence, as many members of our community take time away.

In this spirit, during the period of July 1 through August 15, 2025, all SPH staff and faculty will have the opportunity to work fully remotely. This initiative is intended to offer greater flexibility and work-life balance. Those who prefer or need to work on campus during this time are, of course, welcome to do so.

Please note that faculty teaching in-person summer courses are expected to maintain their in-person instructional commitments during this period, in alignment with the usual course delivery modalities. If faculty have educational or research events scheduled during this period, we kindly ask that they plan ahead for any administrative or logistical needs, as staff may be working remotely.

We recognize the hard work done by all and hope this interval reflects our continued commitment to creating a workplace that is adaptable and appreciative.
