JENNIFER STOWELL, PhD, MPH
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Center for Climate & Health - Boston University School of Public Health
Biography
My research centers on the intersection of climate-related extreme exposures and human health. Specifically, I investigate the health effects associated with wildland fire smoke exposure, including both wildfires and prescribed burning. I am expressly interested in how these exposures affect vulnerable populations, including pregnant women, fetuses, infants, children, and the aged.
