UAW L2324

The Local 2324, United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America agreement applies to all full-time and regular part-time clerical, technical, and service employees (who work at least 26¼ hours per week and are not covered by other union contracts) employed on the Charles River Campus, but excludes guards, watchmen, supervisors, and professional employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act; confidential, temporary agency personnel, seasonal, and temporary employees; and student employees.
