BUHR’s Mission, Vision, and Values

In Fall 2024, BUHR finalized a milestone project: to update our mission, vision, and core values to more accurately reflect the needs of the university and the work we do on behalf of employees.

After collecting multiple rounds of feedback from different stakeholders within the BU community, BUHR’s new mission, vision, and core values are:
