Adam Popper is finance and operations manager at the Center for Innovation in Social Work & Health (CISWH) at BUSSW. In his role he oversees all administrative needs and ensures that the Center’s many projects, initiatives, and teams are supported. He is passionate about systematizing and formalizing processes in complex organizational environments.
Prior to joining the CISWH in January 2025, Popper spent 10 years in management in a New York-based nonprofit. He was associate director of Camp Poyntelle, a residential youth program with its main campus in the Pocono Mountains of northeast Pennsylvania, where he built diverse and well-functioning teams, developed robust programming, and instituted strong managerial frameworks.
