As CISWH’s Finance and Operations Manager, Adam ensures that all administrative needs are attended to, and that the future planning for the Center’s many projects, initiatives, and teams are supported. He is passionate about systematizing and formalizing processes in complex organizational environments.

Prior to joining the Center in January 2025, Adam spent 10 years in management in a New York-based nonprofit. For most of this time, he was Associate Director of Camp Poyntelle, a residential youth program with its main campus in the Pocono Mountains of northeast Pennsylvania. He spent a lot of time building diverse and well-functioning teams, developing robust programming, and instituting strong managerial frameworks. He enjoys hiking in national parks, taking long road trips, and cooking new dishes. He is a proud New Yorker, though happy to be working and living in the great city of Boston!
