Volunteer for SPH Convocation.
Volunteers are critical to making SPH convocation a success!
SPH Convocation is on Saturday, May 16 from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM at the Track and Tennis Center, 100 Ashford St. The ceremony will be followed immediately by a tented reception from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM in the adjacent lot.
Volunteers for convocation are essential to the event. They will greet guests and answer their questions, usher students, faculty and guests, and assist GSL in the student and faculty robing rooms.
Please note, everyone will be volunteers for this event. If you are a BU exempt employee, you will receive a compensatory day as approved by your supervisor.
Time Commitment:
Volunteers are asked to arrive at 7:30 AM and stay until after the tented reception to help breakdown.
Please plan to attend the volunteer training session on Wednesday, May 13th from 2:30 – 4 PM. This meeting will be hybrid. Please register for the training here.
