Deaf Reach Inc provides mental health services, housing and case management we experience frequent miscommunication when doing our work accompanying our clients to appointments. We experience these as well personally. We never find medical providers who can sign with us directly. Frequent miscommunication.

  3. Great article. This is a common problem in a lot of industries as well. It’s especially important in healthcare because a language barrier can cost lives if something is interpreted or translated wrong.

    Every industry should have a language access plan to help every individual.
