Participants will take the MBTI assessment to better understand their preferences and the associated strengths/challenges. The program helps to increase awareness of the styles of others and how to adapt your own style to be a more effective communicator with others.

Through the use of video interviews, team exercises and role-playing, this highly dynamic and interactive workshop allows anyone to become an expert at the art of both SpeedREADING any individual’s personality type as well as SpeedREACHING them for maximum positive impact. |

- Learn to influence through understanding different Types
- Discover how Type preferences can influence behavior and communication styles, and applications of Type in one-on-one work settings
