Biography

My educational discipline is Industrial/Organizational Psychology, so I have a deep understanding of concepts related to psychology in the workplace. My research focuses on the healthcare workforce, mostly within the Veterans Health Administration. I have led and worked on grants and evaluation projects involving primary care teams, care coordination, patient satisfaction, access to care, burnout, and occupational health. My expertise is also in use of organizational and administrative data to understand and characterize work settings that may relate to employee or patient metrics.
