Seeing these photos brings back memories of a truly remarkable ceremony. It was incredibly special to sit on that stage at the big, celebratory arena with such a remarkable group of colleagues, listen to inspiring remarks by several present and future change-makers, and see all the graduates of the programs our school offers as they each came up on the stage to receive their diploma from Dean Galea. The most special moments were when I hooded two DrPH graduates, Marion McNabb and Bram Brooks–two dear friends and accomplished people who are making a positive difference in the world in their own unique ways. And somehow I managed to avoid strangling either of them-phew! Truly, it has been an honor and privilege to play a role in their education at BUSPH. It was a wonderful ceremony and a very happy day. It was a day to appreciate our community and feel lucky to be a part of the BUSPH.
