In what ways does being trans or nonbinary mean something different now than it did just a year ago? How has the political shift away from support and care impacted trans/nonbinary people and the broader LGBTQIA+ community? Our panel will help us understand the mental health impacts of the current moment for trans, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming people. Drawing on expertise in health policy, social and intersectional marginalization, mental health in higher education, healthcare disparities, and sexual and reproductive health, panelists will discuss the impact of changes in public policy, health care delivery, and access to care.
