Dear Colleagues,

As part of our commitment to welcoming new hires into the SPH community and setting them up for success in their roles, we are pleased to announce the next New Staff Onboarding Breakfast.

This breakfast session will serve as an orientation for new full-time and part-time regular staff at SPH and cover areas such as the administrative structure of the School, expectations and resources, professional development, and provide an introduction to the Staff Senate. Additionally, the breakfast is an excellent opportunity to meet other new staff in departments across SPH. Please note that attendance of this SPH onboarding/orientation is mandatory for all new hires.

The next New Staff Onboarding Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, June 5 from 10 to 11 am; the event will be hybrid, with an in-person meeting option in the Founders Room (Talbot 307C) and a Zoom option as well.

We look forward to all new staff participating. All attendees should RSVP to Melanie Gilreath Chaisson, director of people services, at gilreath@bu.edu by Monday, June 3. In your RSVP, please indicate your attendance preference, i.e. in person or via Zoom. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
