Najam Interviewed on Geopolitics After COVID-19
Prof. Adil Najam, Dean of the Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University and professor of international relations and earth and environment, was interviewed by Global Village Space on May 3, 2020 on the emerging trends in geopolitics and geoeconomics in a post-COVID-19 world.
The English language interviewed covered a range of issues including the nature of emerging tensions between USA and China, the post-coronavirus economic situation, the trend of rising authoritarianism and the forthcoming US elections. Najam argued that we living in truly uncertain times but the one thing we can be certain of is that the world after Covid will not look like the world before it.
Najam’s arguments were based in part on the learning from the #WorldAfterCorona series of interviews that he is hosting with global thought leaders on what a post-Covid world may look like.
