Tuition & Payment Information

After you register for your course(s), please email from your employer email address, making sure to include your BU ID number and the semester and course numbers of your registration. You should attach a copy of your sponsorship letter (also referred to as Billing Authorization letters, Letters of Credit, or Vouchers) to set up direct billing to your employer by the payment deadline.

You will need to email every semester after you complete your course registration for your tuition discount and direct payment to be applied for future terms and courses. We ask that you also update us should you change your course registration at any time (adding or dropping courses).

We encourage you to register and send us the required information as soon as possible to avoid any delays in processing your tuition scholarship.
