Open Enrollment for 2026 benefits is going on now through November 21st, 2025.
The following benefit changes will take effect January 1, 2026:
- We are pleased to announce a new voluntary benefit, the MetLife Voluntary Vision Plan. Learn More.
- 2026 Health and Dental Plan Contribution Rates
- New health plan contribution rates will take effect January 1, 2026. The 2026 health plan rates will increase by 5.8% compared to 2025 rates.
- New dental plan contribution rates will also take effect January 1, 2026. The 2026 dental plan rates will increase by 3.9% compared to 2025 rates.
- Vision plan contribution rates.
- Important Changes to the Health Care FSA Employer Contribution & Eligibility in 2026

Don’t forget: The deadline to enroll or make any changes to your benefits is Friday, November 21st.
Outside of open enrollment, you may only make changes to the following benefits if you experience a Life or Career Event:
- Health Plan
- Dental Plan
- Vision Plan
- Flexible Spending Accounts
- Personal & Family Accident Insurance
You may request changes for a Life and Career Event through Employee Self Service at BUworks Central by selecting the option “Manage my Benefits – Life or Career Events”.

Update Your Emergency Contact Information Be sure your emergency contact information is up to date. Log in to Employee Self Service. Select Personal Information then Personal Profile and Emergency Contact. Update the name, address, and phone number of your emergency contact. |
