Assistant Manager, Facility Services – The main purpose of this position is to ensure the Medical Campus buildings are kept in a clean, sanitary, functioning, and safe condition for the benefit and use of the University Community. This position supervises the 3rd shift custodial and maintenance union staff, monitors performance and productivity, trains the union custodial staff assigned to the Area, keeps inventory and orders supplies and equipment repair as necessary to maintain the usefulness of the buildings and the safety of occupants and staff.
