Luca Dal Negro’s research focuses on light transport and localization in complex photonic media, multiple scattering and mesoscopic phenomena, computational electromagnetics and photonics, spectroscopy of optical nanostructures, plasmonics, and metamaterials. Dal Negro has been elected Fellow of the Optical Society of America (OSA) “For his numerous contributions in the theoretical and experimental aspects of wave interaction with aperiodic nanostructures”.
