Join us for an experiential workshop designed to support your holistic wellbeing through structured embodied practices.
This session will use the koshas—the physical, energetic, mental/emotional, wisdom, and bliss layers of the self—as a foundation for exploring a variety of breath and mindfulness practices to cultivate awareness of our own internal landscape.
Bring a pen and paper for your own reflection as this session will invite introspection, mindfulness, and will leave participants with practical takeaways to nurture your nervous system. You’re welcome to participate with your camera off—being on screen is completely optional.
