The Sargent Choice Nutrition Center is excited to continue offering virtual programming to support the nutritional wellness of BU Faculty & Staff.  

Throughout the summer, we will be cooking nutritious dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients, and will cover topics including: 

  • Nutritional benefits of seasonal ingredients and how to prepare them 
  • How to modify recipes based on preferences, dietary needs, budget, and lifestyle  
  • Ways to prepare meals that provide lasting energy throughout the day 
  • Basic cooking techniques 

Join Sargent Choice Nutrition Center Registered Dietitian Leslie Caiola, MS, RDN, LDN to learn how to create a delicious seasonal meal.
