All classes are specifically designed for BU employees to flow, release, dance, stretch and breathe!  No previous experience is necessary, and registration is based on each class type separately. You may choose to attend as many or as few as you like.

The registration deadline for each of these classes is Friday, January 26th at noon. You will receive a zoom link from the instructor prior to your first class. If you would like to sign up after the registration deadline, please email Kate Durant for instructions.
