Feeling overwhelmed by uncertain times?  

You’re not alone — these experiences can take a real toll on your mental health.  

Join us for a supportive workshop designed to help you care for your emotional and mental well-being. Through reflection, open discussion, and simple coping strategies, we’ll explore practical ways to stay grounded, build resilience, and manage stress without shutting down or burning out.  

Whether you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, or just need space to breathe, this session offers tools to support your mental health and connect with others who are navigating similar challenges. 

Mindfulness Practice for Mental Well-being

Mental Health Awareness at Work

Positive mental health grows in environments where people feel connected, valued, and supported. In this 30-minute presentation, you’ll gain insights into recognizing signs of distress, offering care to colleagues, and protecting your own well-being at work. We’ll also discuss resources and steps we can all take to build a more supportive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes mental health for all.
