Secure Bike Rooms and Bike Registration

Bike kitchens can be found all over the world.

They’re DIY bike repair spaces and community gathering places. Unlike a traditional bike shop, there’s nothing much for sale at the BUCK and the mechanics won’t fix your bike. Instead, BUCK staff will show you how to fix your own bike!

Things you can do at the BUCK:

  • learn to adjust, maintain, and fix your bike (we’ve got ALL the tools)
  • help other people work on their bicycles
  • pick up FREE lights, helmets, and bells
  • get access to secure bike rooms by registering your bike
  • assemble a new bicycle (don’t do it in your dorm room!)
  • box your bike up for travel (BYO packing materials)
  • put your bike on a bus rack (we’ve got one just for practicing)
  • go ride bikes on one of our group rides
  • host meetings for your student club or class (our classroom can be reserved in 25Live)
  • enjoy FREE coffee every Thursday morning
  • attend informative classes and fun events
  • learn to ride
  • just hang out or study!
