Siobhan Costanzo (SPH’14)
Biography
Siobhan’s background is in education and public health, with experience in evaluation, health equity, program management, quantitative and qualitative data management and analysis, and strategic planning.
Currently, Siobhan is a senior consultant at Equal Measure, a non-profit evaluation organization that provides program design and technical assistance, evaluation, capacity building, strategic planning, and communication expertise to private and community foundations, national and regional nonprofits, and government organizations.
Prior to her work at Equal Measure, Siobhan was a clinical research program manager for PolicyLab and the research and policy manager at the Gender and Sexuality Development Clinic (GSDC) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). In these roles, she worked on projects aimed at improving the health outcomes of HIV+, LGBTQ, and homeless youth and young adults, as well as using incentive-based strategies to reduce disparities for children with asthma. Additionally, Siobhan served as program manager for the Asthma Population Health team, where she led strategic planning, longitudinal evaluation, and special projects initiatives across disciplines. Before, PolicyLab and GSDC, Siobhan was a research coordinator at the Center for Injury Research and Prevention, where she managed research projects in the New Jersey Traffic Safety and Outcomes Program, which used administrative data linkages to advance traffic safety research and to inform policy focused on preventing motor vehicle crashes for adolescents.
Rose Anna Kaczmarcik (SPH’08)
Biography
Rose Anna Kaczmarcik, MPH, is a Team Leader at Allidura Consumer, a Syneos Health company. She has more than a decade of experience in health communications with a focus in social impact. She has worked with partners across the public, private and non-profit sectors to develop events and campaigns that educate and drive health action among consumers as well as health decision makers. These efforts have spanned a range of topics, including medical error, nutrition, food allergies, osteoporosis and mindful eating.She started her career working at WGBH Educational Foundation promoting PBS healthcare documentaries with local market activations. Recent projects have focused on cross-sector coalition building and engagement, digital influencer health campaigns, corporate wellness and sustainability education and development of health-focused social impact and corporate social responsibility programs.Rose Anna is fascinated by the disconnect between health information and research and the broader public in today’s information-overload age. She loves devising unique strategies to reach the right audience at the right time via the right channel to make people think about their health and spark changes to improve it. She is also passionate about working with diverse partners at the intersection of planet and public health.Rose Anna has a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Health Care Ethics from Saint Joseph’s University. She received her MPH with a concentration in International Health from Boston University. Rose Anna was a founding steering committee member of the Public Health Young Leader Association (PHYLA) in Philadelphia, has served on the Food and Nutrition section of the American Public Health Association and is currently on the Philadelphia alumni board for Boston University School of Public Health.
She resides in Philadelphia with her husband Will and son Leo. In her free time she’s likely on her yoga mat, planning a vacation or doing something outdoors, such as hiking, skiing, or kayaking.
Tenille Torres (SPH’16)
Biography
Tenille J. Torres is a project manager at Public Health Management Corporation responsible for leading projects related to the study of sexual health, tobacco prevention and control, and health promotion. Tenille received her dual B.A. in Sociology and Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of William and Mary (W&M’14) and an M.P.H. in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University School of Public Health (SPH’16). Tenille is passionately driven to advocate social and racial equity through collaborative community-based research and program evaluation. Her research interests include reproductive justice, mass incarceration, community trauma, mental health, and education reform. During her free time, Tenille enjoys dancing salsa, merengue, and bachata with her husband, cooking spicy Trinidadian cuisine with her mother and grandmother, and snuggling with Abdri and Moose, her beloved step-daughter and pitbull son.

The Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH) Alumni Mentor Program (AMP) provides career and professional development to BUSPH graduate students and SPH alumni. The program matches participating students with alumni mentors who share similar academic and career interests. The purpose of the program is to foster students’ professional growth as current and future public health practitioners with a special emphasis on addressing the health needs of underserved and vulnerable populations.
