Reservations

Reservations is a vital part of Events & Conferences. While the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) schedules all academic activity, Reservations assists BU departments and student organizations in finding the right location for their meetings, conferences, and special events (i.e., non-academic activity). Our E&C staff dedicated to working in Reservations work closely with OUR to create the greatest efficiency in using 25Live to book space on-campus.

Fall26: Monday Schedule on Tuesday Oct 13

Classes are suspended on Monday, October 12, 2026 for Indigenous Peoples' Day. BU will substitute a Monday schedule on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 in OUR classrooms.
