Summer-only Spaces

During the summer months only, there may be opportunities for departments to book the residence hall common spaces listed below.

During the academic year, departmental events are not allowed here. Residence hall common spaces are controlled during the academic year by the Residence Life office of that building. Typically set aside as student study space, common spaces can hold student organization events if approved by Residence Life. Those events typically must be open to any student living in the building and cannot be a closed event only for members of the student organization.
