Gastronomy student quoted in Globe

In today’s Boston Globe, Gastronomy student Barbara Rotger is quoted in an article on cooking recipes, referencing her master’s thesis. Barbara will be receiving the Excellence in Graduate Study Award for Gastronomy at our Convocation this Saturday.
