ABA Student Named Finalist in BU’s Global Photo Contest for Spectacular Pic of China’s Mirror Lake
For 11 years, Boston University Global Programs has held its annual Global Photo Contest, which encourages BU community members from all across the world to capture and share images of the planet’s beautiful corners.
Yating Wu, a BU MET student in her second semester pursuing the MS in Applied Business Analytics, was named a finalist for her photograph of Mirror Lake, an iconic part of China’s Jiuzhaigou national reserve—a park located in China’s Sichuan Province.

This year saw a grand total of 668 photographs entered into the contest. Ms. Wu, a graduate assistant who in her role manages the Applied Business Analytics @ BU MET Instagram page, was one of only 14 photographers to be named a finalist.
