Diya Aneesh
CAS’28 Biology, Pre-med Minor: Spanish (undeclared)
Hii! My name is Diya Aneesh and I’m in the class of 2028. I’m currently studying Biology on the pre-med track, and I’m hoping to minor in Spanish (idk yet..), and I’m part of Kilachand Honors College.
Outside of KHC and studying, I really enjoy sports and being active. Taekwondo, volleyball, and basketball have been huge, consistent parts of my life that I just absolutely love. At BU, I’m part of the BU South Asian Student Association (SASA), Pre-med Society, and hopefully more stuff once I progress through my years here.
I’m from a small town in Texas, so transitioning to a large city like Boston was definitely scary but the communities and people here at BU and KHC have made it so much easier to feel as if I fit in and adjust to the lifestyle. I have made some of my closest friends through lectures, discussions, and just open areas/events offered by KHC and BU.
