Publicizing News and Events

The Institute’s Marketing and Communications staff can help affiliates amplify news and events of interest. 

Promote your Events
If you promote your events on the wordpress BU Calendar, share your calendar with Hariri Institute.  This will facilitate our ability to feature it on the Institute home page. The Institute also promotes events in newsletters and social media. If you have an upcoming event that you wish to promote, complete this form and click submit.

Share your Accomplishments
Hariri Institute’s  newsletter includes general announcements, faculty, student and staff news (i.e., awards, honors, new grants, etc.), funding opportunities, and other news of interest to our community. Help us share your accomplishments with the community by completing the Accolades Reporting Form.

Media Relations/Social Media
The Hariri Institute can help amplify your  news and events on social media. For X Corp (the company formerly known as Twitter) or Instagram, tag us @BU_Computing in your posts and we will share with for our audience. Additionally, free to give us a heads up of upcoming events to promote by sending event promotion information to  stanton@bu.edu.
