Zoe Chitty

Zoe Chitty is a software engineer at SAIL, where she builds tools and infrastructure for research. Her work includes automation of fluorescence microscopy hardware and image processing for astronomical data as well as web platforms for biomedical image analysis, cognitive assessment tools, and behavioral analytics data collection. Previously, Zoe worked on the Gen3 Data Commons at the University of Chicago Center for Translational Data Science, generalizing the genomics data platform with a focus on authentication systems. She enjoys robotics and embedded systems and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.
