Zijian Guo is currently a second-year PhD student in the Division of Systems Engineering advised by Wenchao Li. His research interests are centered around neuro-symbolic AI with strong applications to robotics, safe reinforcement learning, formal methods, and neural-symbolic reasoning. His research integrates symbolic reasoning and formal specifications into data-driven prediction and decision pipelines. Since joining BU, he has four published papers at machine learning and robotics venues.
