Michael Krugman

Associate Vice President, Communication & Collaboration Services, IS&T

Michael Krugman is the AVP of Communication & Collaboration Services with BU’s IS&T group. He is committed to the evolution of enterprise IT as an organization as well as the services and systems it supports, including several generations of voice and data networks and their underlying transmission systems, and an array of computing systems spanning mainframes, servers, workstations, personal computers, and mobile technology. Krugman engages in the development of support for telecommunications, network systems, distributed systems, personal computing, and the Web. He serves as University representative to Internet2 and the Northern Crossroads (NoX), and national and regional initiatives fostering the development of advanced networks serving research and education.
