Lou Chitkushev

Dr. Chitkushev has served on several IEEE conference committees and as a NSF review panelist. He is cofounder and associate director of Boston University’s Center for Reliable Information Systems & Cyber Security (RISCS), and played a role in initiatives that led to Boston University’s designation as a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense and Research by the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security. Chitkushev teaches data communications, computer networks, advanced internet technologies, medical informatics, and network security.
