Director of Information Security, Information Services & Technology
Eric Jacobsen is the Director of Information Security at Boston University, with enterprise-wide responsibility for the BU Information Security program. Jacobsen is responsible for all aspects of information security including related compliance efforts, governance, policy development and enforcement, vulnerability management, incident response, investigations, daily security operations, and awareness. Additionally, he is the BU HIPAA Security Officer.
