Cathi-Ann Thomas is the Program Director of the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Center at Boston University Medical Campus (BMC/BUSM), managing an active clinical research section. She also coordinates community based programs and services supported by the American Parkinson Disease Association Information and Referral Center at BUMC. Cathi has participated in over 75 clinical trials assessing pharmacological and surgical therapies on motor and non motor aspects of Parkinson’s. Additional research interests include evaluating the impact of rehabilitative therapies in individuals with Parkinson’s and Identifying strategies to improve self efficacy in managing complexities of Parkinson’s Disease across the trajectory of care.
