SAIL Interns Conclude Summer Session with Presentations
Since 2016, the Software & Application Innovation Lab (SAIL) has offered internship opportunities to BU students to grow their software engineering expertise and solve research challenges across disciplines. SAIL interns and fellows work directly with software engineers and researchers in the space where academia meets application, learning and experimenting with new technologies on projects in data science, security and privacy, synthetic biology, digital health, and more.
In addition to working with a diverse group of collaborators, interns and fellows participated in pair programming, code reviews, and workshops on topics such as software engineering best practices, emerging technologies, and preparing for graduate studies and industry jobs.
The Summer 2018 internship will conclude with presentations by interns and fellows on Thursday, August 23, 2018 and Friday, August 24, 2018 at the Hariri Institute for Computing. Join us!
