Institute Announces Fall Call for Hariri Research Award Proposals

The Hariri Institute for Computing is pleased to bring to the attention of BU faculty its fall 2017 request for project proposals to be considered for funding under the Hariri Institute Research Awards program.

The deadline for proposals is Monday, November 20, 2017, 5pm.

Objective:
The Hariri Institute Research Awards program aims to propel promising computational and data-driven research projects, especially those involving new collaborations among BU faculty.

Eligibility and Funding:
Any Hariri Institute Faculty Affiliate is eligible to submit proposals for up to $50K of research project support.

Proposal Process:
A brief (2-page) proposal must be submitted online. PIs are encouraged to involve the Institute early in the proposal development process, well before the November 20 deadline. Please refer to the Research Award Program guidelines for important details regarding type of support, selection criteria, and proposal development and evaluation process.
