Computational Thinking: Styles May Differ, But the Need is Evident

The New York Times published an article entitled “Computer Science for the rest of us“, in which the multiple styles of how to teach “Computational Thinking” were discussed. According to Jeannette Wing, former Head of the NSF CISE Directorate and Chair of CMU’s CS Department: “Computational thinking is a fundamental skill for everyone, not just for computer scientists.
