Caro Ruiz
Undergraduate Research Assistant
Caro is a research assistant working on the CHRYSALIS program. She is a third year undergraduate, psychology major, interested in studying child development, particularly how early childhood trauma and experiences shape emotional and behavioral growth. Her interests also include exploring the link between parental mental health and a child’s emotional growth, in hopes to create positive outlets to foster healing for families. Outside of her coursework, Caro enjoys yoga, long walks, and visits to the local petting zoo.
