David Rupert

David Rupert, Psy.D., is a licensed Psychologist and the Director of Training at the Danielsen Institute (DI). He served as Director of Psychology Training for three years before becoming the Director of Training in 2007. He has been an outpatient psychotherapist since 1996, and continues to find joy and meaning in practicing psychotherapy and training psychotherapists. Dr. Rupert’s areas of interest and expertise are relational/depth approaches to psychotherapy; spiritual, existential, and religious concerns; cultural humility and multicultural concerns; training and professional development of psychotherapists; and clinical hypnosis.
