Remembering Our Transcestors: International Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil and Dinner

On this year’s Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR), join the Queer Activist Collective (Q), the LGBTQIA+ Center for Faculty & Staff, and the LGBTQIA+ Faculty & Staff Community Network in gathering together as a community in the GSU Terrace Lounge to honor the memory of transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. There will be a short program to provide awareness & education about TDOR, including community action steps we can take to prevent future deaths. This will be followed by a name reading ceremony & vigil to highlight the lives of trans and gender-non-conforming community members we have lost across New England.
