COM Elective Choices

COM CO 101–The Human Storyteller–is the required course for all COM majors.

Note: Students registering for COM CO 101 must register for two sections: a Lecture (LEC) section, and a Discussion (DIS) section.

Students who wish to take an additional COM elective (FT201, CM180, CM215, CM217, or JO150) in the spring should consult with their CGS Academic Advisor and refer to the Spring 2025 COM Registration Calendar. COM CO 201 cannot be taken in the first semester at BU.
