Mr. Mosha is an International Tax Partner with Pricewaterhouse-Coopers’ Boston office. Through his more than 13 years of working at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Boston and London offices, he has advised several U.S. and foreign multinational companies, both publicly traded and privately held, on a multitude of complex international corporate tax transactions including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign tax credit optimization, foreign earnings and profits planning, efficient foreign cash pooling, permanent establishment management, tax efficient repatriation and foreign tax management. Mr. Mosha has been an adjunct faculty member of the Boston University Law School since 2002 and is a member of the New York Bar.
