Prior to coming to Boston University, Mr. Lacdao practiced banking and securities law in the Philippines, specializing in bank mergers and acquisitions, corporate rehabilitation, loan syndication and project finance. He is currently the associate director of the Morin Center. He co-teaches the Thesis Seminar.
